Advanced Capabilities
When a return is authorized in Returnly, it will be imported into NetSuite as an RMA record. Returns that have not been authorized will not be eligible for export.
A Return Receipt is created in NetSuite for the respective RMA record which is then sent back to Returnly, triggering a cash refund.
Once a customer is refunded, the refund record in Returnly will create a cash refund and credit memo in NetSuite. This allows for the deduction of restocking and other fees from the original order amount.
